and more.

i have set a task for myself - to sew 1 set of 4 napkins every day.  so far so good (2 days in a row).

plus today i made another tote and some snack bags.  

i think that perhaps i like making the totes and snack bags more right now because i end up with a finished product, whereas the napkins et al still need another step (printing) before they can be done..

alas.. alack..

.. and some napkins sewn.  but not printed yet, so no images.  napkins are a pain, too much ironing!  though they will look good when they are done (i hope).

managed to squeeze a few hours for working this afternoon (despite the sitter i hired not showing up.  or calling.  or anything.  argh.)

made some bags out of new material and did inventory of what we have ready to print.

feeling excited today.  just need more time!

road trip!

excellent and productive road trip, kh.s!  we have procured new fabrics, bamboo tshirts, and onesies.  can't wait to sew and print!

well today i actually sewed 2 sets of dishtowels!  they are all ready for prints now..

now i have piles and piles of place mats, table runners and napkins to iron and sew..  and still more linen and cotton to cut.  

ps - we were accepted to the pacific holiday arts festival!  hurrah hurrah!

next comes ironing.  and sewing.  and more cutting.  and more ironing.  and more sewing.

santa nesting dolls

i am trying to draw a santa nesting doll for printing..  it being a christmas craft fair it seemed like a good idea.  not sure any of these will do, but maybe kh.s can work some magic on the computer..  :)
